This round chafer is modern and sturdy. The wide glass window allows viewing food easily without opening the lid. The lid equipped with an advanced hydraulic hinge that closes slowly and quietly. Each chafer includes a 6.0L food pan, a water container, and a stainless steel base. Simply put an electric heating plate inside the stainless steel base, then the set becomes an electric chafer. The top unit can be used alone on an induction stove as an induction chafer.
