This 2/3 size chafer is modern and sturdy. The wide glass window allows viewing food easily without opening the lid. The lid equiped with advance hydraulic hinge that closes slowly and quietly. Each rectangular chafer includes a 6.0L food pan, a water container and a stainless steel base. Simply put an electric heating plate inside the stainless steel base, then the set becomes an electric chafer. The top unit can be used alone on induction stove as an induction chafer.
